Rev. Adam Marquette – Senior Pastor
I’m Rev. Adam Marquette, and I’ve spent my life following a calling that began right here in Northeast Ohio. Growing up in a multi-generational faith community in Cuyahoga Falls, I learned early on what God’s grace looks like in action.
My path to leadership has been a unique blend of experiences—starting with a Physical Education degree from the University of Akron (which still comes in handy more often than you’d think!) followed by my studies at Winebrenner Theological Seminary. Along the way, I deepened my commitment to healing and relationships by earning a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Today, I am proud to serve as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), bringing a systemic and relational perspective to my work both in and out of the church.
Since 2004, I have found a home in the United Church of Christ, serving The Bath Church UCC for 14 years in youth and family ministry before becoming the Senior Pastor here at Trinity UCC – Wadsworth in 2018. My greatest joy is sharing this life with my wife, Cecilia, and our four kids.

Hunter Peterson – Director of Music and Organist
I would first like to introduce myself, my name is Hunter Peterson and I am delighted to be joining you as the new director of music. A little bit about me, I am originally from Warren, Pa and grew up in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. I enjoy hiking, paddling boarding, golfing, spending time with my three dogs, cooking and baking, and obviously making music. I just started my master’s degree at CIM in organ performance, and previously completed my undergrad at Westminster College, about an hour north of Pittsburgh. If you wish to know more about me please don’t hesitate to ask or check out my website with the link below. https://sites.google.com/view/hunter-peterson?usp=sharing
